How to set the default homepage?

1. Set default homepage manually for single configuration file.
   Open configuration file settings page -> Basic Configuration -> Other -> Input the website you want to open in the default homepage bar
   As shown below

2. Add default homepage automatically in newly created configuration files.
System Settings -> Preferences -> Default homepage -> Input website -> Save
