How does sub-account set or modify the proxy information of the configuration file shared by the main account?

1. Check whether the main account gives [Proxy editor] permission to sub-account.
2. If not enabled, contact the main account to give the permission;
3. If enabled, please refer to the following figures to modify the proxy IP information.
